This is actually above The pirates ride. It was up there just prior to the release of the first pirates movie. It is the actual front of the Black Pearl used in the movie.

Wasn't this stature on the Black Pearl Pirate ship? I think this is in front of New Orleans square, by that art museum, the same place they had the pirate display.
in New Orleans Square outside of the exit of Pirates of the Caribean.
